Sessions
The time allocated to you for person to person sessions is reserved especially for you. If you are late by 15 minutes or more, Turn2Me’s mental health professionals reserve the right not to conduct the session. Sessions are 50 minutes long. Please keep in mind that if you do arrive late to an appointment, your session will still conclude at the allocated time. For example, if the session is due to start at 6pm and finish at 6:50pm, but if you are 10 minutes late, the session will still finish at 6:50pm, and you will have lost the 10 minutes that you were late for.
