What is it like?
Throughout your counselling journey, your counsellor will arrange 6 sessions with you, discuss with you about the challenges you are facing, and help you become more mindful, accepting of yourself, and get through the difficulties.
The counselling journey starts with a goal sheet at the beginning. Each session is accompanied with clinical assessments to help the counsellor assess your progress and better prepare for the sessions with you. Our secure services will keep your data safe and confidential.
During the counselling journey, you will also be asked to keep your mood changes every day with our Thought Catcher feature. There are also various moderated support groups for you to join each week, where you can share experiences with other people with similar struggles in life, and get support from our dedicated facilitators and counsellors. You can also explore all the helpful blog articles and podcasts available on our website any time.
If you live in the Republic of Ireland, you will be qualified for 6 free sessions, provided generously by our donors and supporting funds.
